Saybrook Counseling offers counseling, psychotherapy and psychological services to improve the personal and work lives of people in Connecticut. We offer confidential consultation to individuals, couples and families for a wide-range of personal concerns and career development needs.
We also offer consultation and leadership coaching to employers, employee assistance programs, corporate human resource and benefits departments to enhance individual and workgroup performance.
All Saybrook Counseling Associates have advanced degrees, experience in a range of settings, and 10 + years of experience in their practice area. We care about the people we serve. We believe everyone is unique and strive to offer creative consultation to help you realize your goals.
